With the encouragement of family, friends, and the area community the Bakke Funeral Home was established in Larimore by David K. Bakke during 1977. In 1984, David and Melissa Bakke purchased the Casement Funeral Home in Fordville from Donald and Georgine Casement. The Casement Funeral Home was established in 1914 by Hulbert Casement.
