Services
Funeral Service began in 1889 when the Hagen Brothers opened their furniture store and supplied caskets to the families of the area. Sometime in 1902 the furniture store was sold to Slawson Mercantile Company. In 1921 Charles W. Kyle, a licensed embalmer, was hired by the Slawson Co. and acted on behalf of Slawson's in providing funerals and arrangements for the community.

Jeff along with his wife Annie is the owner of the funeral home. Jeff is a 1985 graduate of Wayne State University's Mortuary Science Program.
