Hi s for appointment for a cleaning which I did not get I got x-rays and examination for deep cleaning but still and not get my regular cleaning done on my teeth NI cannot make an appointment for a regular cleaning before the deep cleaning one comes about so I will get another dental office to do this Dr. Lee

While friendly enough, the care given here is haphazard. I went in several months ago because a bridge was bothering me. Dr. Lee took an x-ray and told me "nothing was wrong." 3 months later, it still bothers me, and last week I went in for a cleaning. It was the hygienist that discovered the problem...the bridge tooth was broken along the entire surface!
Not only did he NOT find the problem, according to a second opinion I got yesterday, because of the delay in proper diagnosis, a tooth adjacent to the broken one is now in jeopardy, partially because it wiggles, and it's ruining the root.

First, I want to say that I am absolutely PETRIFIED of the dentist. I was hurt by 2 different dentist at 2 different places, (not Modern Family). I have had some teeth issues so I had to go to the dentist to get these taken care of and, by the recommendation of my mom, Dr. Nathan Lee it was. I have never had such a compassionate, kind, caring, understanding and gentle dentist as he is. He was so patient with me and even validated my fears. I have had 2 procedures done by him and I will NEVER go anywhere else!! Dr. Lee took his time, kept checking in to make sure I was ok every few seconds, even

I am extremely disappointed in the Modern Family Dental clinic in Happy Valley! I became a new patient at this clinic 6 months ago. I had an entire set of xrays, an exam, and my teeth cleaned. I scheduled another cleaning in 6 months. When I arrived I inquired about pricing as I am paying out of pocket. The receptionist then said, that I would also need to have and pay for another exam. I shared with her that nothing in my health had changed and that I was not having any dental problems. She went back and asked the doctor about it. Dr. Nathan Lee is wonderful! I just took my 6 year old there for the first time, and she was very nervous. She has a lot of dental phobia. Dr. Lee was so gentle, slow, respectful, and friendly that my daughter felt perfectly at ease. He is obviously a very skilled and caring dentist. I was pleased with the professionalism of the office staff as well!

I definitely have to say something about the Modern Family dentist in Happy Valley. Doctor Lee is such a nice person! He is so personal and friendly. I had a root canal and he did a perfect job. No more pain and after he talked to me I wasn't even scared anymore. I'm so happy that I went into the modern family dentistry! You guys are wonderful :-) Hugs from the German Girl! :-)

I highly recommend Drs. Nathan Lee, Penny Lam, and Alexis Ly, whose patients I, my family, and friends have been with since Modern Family Dental opened many years ago. They are genuinely caring, friendly, and easy to talk with. They are clearly top-notch in their field and dedicated to offering the latest and best treatments to their… patients. They are scrupulous about cleanliness, and pain-free. They strive to make their patients as comfortable as possible. Perhaps because they are so skilled, they are also fast, which I particularly appreciate, not wanting to spend more time than necessary

As I'm sitting in the chair waiting for Dr. Lee to see me I feel must share my experiences. Dr. Lee has been my family dentist for the last 15 years. We have followed him to his new office in happy valley. I live in Beaverton and drive out to happy valley to continue seeing him.
Dr Lee is amazing. He is gentle with procedures and explains thoroughly what my options are and lets me decide the route I want to take.
His staff is amazing from the scheduling staff to the dental hygienist. The staff always wants to make sure I'm comfortable and understand what the next step is. They keep me updated

My experience here was fantastic! From the front desk to the hygienist and all the assistants and doctors, everybody was concerned and asking to make sure none of the treatments are painful (they aren't). I hadn't been to a dentist in about 7 years, I had a broken filling but it wasn't bothering me.

Dr. Lee and his staff are wonderful. What could have turned into a bad experience was fixed and made right. So thank you for listening to my concern and taking care of the issue. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful. No one is perfect but that fact that you made it that much better the second time around says so much about your commitment to care.

I started going to Modern Family Dental in Clackamas a little over a year ago. I was suffering from a horrible toothache, called them on a Monday morning and they saw me the same day. Same thing yesterday, went into your office to make an appointment and was able to see Dr. Lee right away, he took very good care of me, as did the staff. I just love… that whether I am there for a cleaning, or getting a tooth pulled, you are always asking if I am doing o.k. while the work is being done. I will recommend you to any one I know who is looking for a great dentist with wonderful staff. THANK YOU
