Since 1973, Cole's Service Center has proudly served the great people of Jackson County. We are a growing family-owned and operated auto repair business. We are currently serving a 4th generation of family vehicles and look forward to future generations. Your car or truck's A/C and heater systems have components that require love and attention.
Unless your vehicle requires premium gasoline, filling up your vehicle with high-octane gas is a waste of money. The premium gas doesn't boost your gas mileage or performance. If you're not sure what grade works best for your vehicle, your owner's manual will tell you. You can also ask your mechanic what grade to use.

This was the most positive experience I’ve ever had taking my car in to have it checked out and for an oil change. The front office is full of kind and considerate ladies that go out of their way to help solve your car need problems. This is so convenient for me but I can tell you if I move back to D’Iberville I will still be driving here for my maintenance and repairs. In this shut down era (COVID) of our world it is so nice to have people that want to work and love their jobs. YOU ALL ROCK! ♥️♥️♥️

After a bad experience with another shop in Vancleave, I thought I would try Cole's. First, I had a Suburban in which the power steering was whining. I took it to them, told them what the problem was, and left it. A day or two later, Deana called me back and told me about a whole slew of problems that were all power steering related. Good deal, fix… it. They called me several days later to say it was fixed.
So, I brought them another Suburban I have in which the A/C was not cooling and that was having a hard time starting. I switched vehicles with them, then we went on vacation the next

I purchased a 31 year old pick up truck on eBay and needed a inspection done to make me feel better about driving this 31 year old truck from Biloxi Mississippi to the middle of Minnesota in the dead of winter ( that I’ve never drove before this ) , I was given a small discount for my AAA membership but would have been more than happy to get no discount , they are what southern hospitality is all about and if you want any lessons , bring your car there for whatever ,and I’m pretty sure based on my experience they will figure it out AND help you out.... , at a time when I had to put my trust

Becca, Deana(hope I spelled that right) and all the staff are wonderful, they not just fixed my car they are super knowledgeable and ATTENTIVE👍 the showed me they really care about me as a costumer...u don't see that often...This is the place to go!!! I have been using Deanna and Coles for about 5 years. They do all the service on my Land Rover and are extremely reasonable. They send me Christmas cards and know me by name. They also call before they pull anything off my rover. Deanna even met me on a Sunday to pick up my car. Top notch!

I showed up 30 minutes after close, everyone was getting ready to leave. My wife had a flat tire that I pulled off and took in to be replace. Not only did they fix it well after closing time, they also had to fix the rim to get the tire to inflate. It took the tire guy almost 30 minutes to get my warped rim to hold air, but his hard work payed off for me, and then the guy didn't want to accept the tip. Great job, great service. Extremely happy. Worth the drive from D`Iberville!

I have used Coles for many years with no problems. THEN I took my car in because air conditioner was blowing hot. I paid 120.00 for diagnostic then just over 800.00 for Repair. A/C is still blowing hot in 2 of 4 front vents. I called them and they said I would have to pay for another diagnostic because it was an internal problem!!! NO! It was obviously not fully ’diagnosed’ to begin with. They have lost our business.

Reviews say that they give a free inspection. I am assuming inspection and diagnostic is not the same thing. We were charged 120.00 for a diagnostic and the mechanic got oil stains all on the door! We will never take anything back there and want everyone to be aware and ask in advance what their charges will be! We always try to support locally but we have learned an expensive lesson with Cole’s!

I work 50+ hours a week, my car had a coolant leak. They picked up my car tested it and recommended I bring it to dealership due to knowing the part on this car has been warantted on someone else's vehicle and it was. I respect them for this so much cause they could of replaced the part, charged me for something that was covered by warranty. Thank you so much! Super honest and they care.
