Don’t get me wrong the employees were very kind, but the service was not good for me I paid 800 dollars and the still didn’t fix my car

Brandon is efficient, knowledgeable and responsive. He provided us with an accurate list of the needed repairs, the cost and the time we could expect to pick up our car. This is our 2nd time to have our care repaired at Randy's Autohaus we highly recommend and we will return.

No option for zero stars, they don't even deserve 1 star. I was sent here by CARMAX for warranty repair of my windshield wipers not working on Sept 7th. Today is Sept 22nd and I still don't have my car back. They ended up crushing my windshield in the lower left corner because they don't even know how to perform the most basic of procedures like removing windshield wiper arms. Think about that for a min. To make it worse, Their first instinct was crooked and tried to act like my windshield was already broken,.. They eventually owned up to it and said they would replace the windshield, Yeahyyy.

Took my Mercedes-Benz C250 coupe to Randalls Autohaus to replace the high pressure fuel filter. Work was done professionally and my car runs great now. I will always take my Mercedes-Benz to Randalls for service and repairs.

I brought my Hummer to these people with an electrical issue. they charged me $250 for a battery cleaned my wires and told me it was ready. The total job cost $530. When I went to pick up my truck they said the window was broken. I said what do you mean the windows broke. They said it won't roll up. So when I went outside and checked it. The panel was disconnected from my door. I asked him why the panel was disconnected. He said they tried to look at it. Ended up on the side of the road in Gulfport while there on vacation; hours away from home. We needed to leave the next morning to get our guests on an airplane the the following day. Called Randall’s to see if they could help us out with diagnosis and potential repairs. They were backed up due to the ice storms. They made the time to diagnose the problems for us. The team at Randall’s diagnosed the problem in the truck within a few minutes and worked to find the necessary parts to complete the repairs. I checked with other local shops and found that their estimate for the repair was lower

I have taken my BMW twice now to Randall's Autohaus and these guys are amazing! Not only are they waaay more reasonably priced than a dealership but they also give a complete and thorough inspection of your vehicle!! Not just the quick once over most places do! The owner really cares if your vehicle is safe and running well! They even go the extra mile and clean it inside and out!! I cannot say enough great things about them! My 100% go-to autohaus!!!

Great service! They take longer but take the time to do it right and do for the right price. If you're not in a hurry. They can do it fast but you paying for the rush job but still do great job! Such a nice staff/employees. I just drop it off and they call me when done and pay for them. No complaints so far. FYI it comes up pretty fast and the left hand turn is after the car wash place. They also honor CarMax repairs if you are under warranty and don't want to hit up CarMax north of I10 versus off east pass road. Use top of line/oem products for vehicles.

This is the most unethical establishment I have ever come into contact with. I brought my BMW 550 in to have them install a rebuilt transmission. I was quoted $5600 for the work to be done. A week goes by and Randy gives me a call saying that there was additional work that needed to be done. He doesn't give me a price, he instead says he will let me know. Another week goes by and I get another call from Randy stating that there was a crack in the engine block. I asked how much is this all going to cost? Randy states that it's going to be $11,000. THE Worst place EVER TO GET YOUR CAR fixed ,you better be worried about what they're going to take off your vehicle and not replaced ,than what the actual problem with your vehicle is I lost $5000 here because I paid him to do The list of stuff that was wrong with my vehicle but instead they took more than half of the money talking about it's labor didn't fix
nothing that solve the problem ,they didn't 1)fix the alternator
2)they didn't fix the crankshaft
3)Telling me I have a bad starter when it was the alternator the whole time
Telling me I need a whole new braking

Randall is a crook! Stay away! It all started when I was driving and I had a check engine light come on. So when I plugged in my scanner, I got 1 code that read P12A2 - Fuel Rail Pressure Inappropriately high. This code was brand new and it was my first time seeing it come up. I took my car in 06JAN20 to get it checked out. I had received a call back saying that I had a cracked vacuum hose and authorized them to replace it. In only a few days after, I was told that my vehicle was good to go and ready to pickup. As soon as I went to the front desk, they had charged me for a bunch of extra things

I had a problem with my Audi having phantom problems with it not starting and then miraculously it would start . I thought it was the the battery, the ignition system and various other things. I have been troubleshooting this car myself for years and tried to do multitude of fixes myself. Randall and his nephew were able to track it down to a faulty computer module throwing random problem codes that killed the ignition. They sent the module out for a rebuild and did the reinstall. I've had the car back about six months now and there are zero problems to report. I feel it's reliable

Been getting all of my families cars repaired here for years. With exotic cars it's all about experience and diagnostic tools to keep cost down. These guys have both.

When I took my Sprinter in for diagnosis for a boost limp mode issue, they told me I had timing chain issue and would cost me 4K to replace but, recommended me to install a used motor.

I went elsewhere to get a second opinion and it end up being a bad pcm tune. Re-tuned the pcm and it's running awesome again.

I'm sure they can do simple maintenance on sprinters, but diagnosing issues, they are limited imo.

The experience I have a Randall's is all ways a good one, staff is friendly and the dogs. They have done excellent repairs to my vehicle, it was due time for my car to break down but they have extended its use.

The owner is just impossible to like. Very rude and the prices are way to high. I drive right passed them to the Bosch mechanic in long beach anytime I need work done now

This business is nothing but a scam house to take advantage of people who typically have money and/or know they can gouge the customer easier because of owning a highline vehicle. I paid 320.00 for these guys to tell me I needed every possible tiny item replaced in my engine ranging from fuel pumps to oil filters. I didn't need you to tell me you will change my oil for 110.00 I can do that myself for 18.00 with the same exact oil. I have never met a group of less professional people in the service industry. Was over charged and underserved. Amazed that I still see cars in the lot.

I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. They are so shady. They had my car for 4 weeks, randalls excuse to why they were taking so long was because they wanted it done right, well I finally got my car back and not even 30 miles later it broke down again because of their mistake. Now after being there again for another week every time I call they push back the day it is supposed to be done.
No one there is ever on the same page either. One person will say one thing, and another person will say something completely different.

So why do my bad reviews keep getting deleted as 'hearsay'? I was a customer and had a very poor couple of experiences there. Yelp, stop deleting them!
I think it is just another piece of evidence that this place is SHADY, that my negative, and truthful reviews, keep getting flagged and deleted.
So again, I'll post a short version of what happened:
Owner was rude, very condescending. They actually damaged something in my car, denied it, then finally realized it, and wanted me to pay to have them fixed. If you want to see a more detailed version, look on demand force.

My Dad took my car in to get fixed as a wedding present and they charged him $4200 to make all the repairs, some of which did not need to be done. They replaced my windshield which was perfectly fine before and put 4 new tires on which I had just gotten 2 new tires earlier that year. To top it off, they panted my front and back bumpers and the paint job is completely coming off, just peels away every time I get a hand wash on my car! The list goes on and on.

Brandon, I had a really bad experience with this shop as well. They kept changing their minds about what was wrong and running up a fat bill. They even threatened to part out my car and failed to repair it. They wanted me to pay a bill and the car still did not run properly. I have seen many bad comments about this business on line and some have been removed. THE ONLY GOOD RESULTS I SEE ARE ONES THAT ARE FROM MONTHS AGO WITH A MORE RECENT DATE. VERY INTERESTING???
