First Visit: We provide all new customers with a free consultation and price estimate prior to styling. Our Master level haircuts start at $80 varying on the density and the styling technique of the cut. This service includes a thorough consultation to discuss your desired style, a luxurious head massage with hot towel and customized precision cut with blow-dry and style.

At 71 with their fabulous added hair, amazing nails, beautiful lashes, fuller brows and family environment...they unbelievably put back together this old Biddy beautiful one my wildest imagination. I knew the owner would come for me the way he comes for everyone who is critical, so I changed the rating to the lowest possible. No where in that response did I see any sort of an apology. Maybe be more humble and inquire what could have been done better. It says a lot about this business and the "mean girl" mentality I've seen others comment on. I have never written a negative review before, but felt obligated on this occasion.First of all, I was charged well over $5000 for a volume hair piece and its maintenance over a 10 week period, after originally being quoted $1850 and $140 to remove and refresh it every 6 weeks. Frankly, I'm afraid to add up the total cost!

You will spend thousands.. yes, THOUSANDS on your mediocre services (some "stylists" don't even have their license.. probably something you should make sure your employees don't openly talk about..) just for them to pressure you to spend $300 on a shirt that looks like they got it for $70. Then they will talk poorly about you when you leave because you must be "so broke" because you tell them you can't purchase it right now. Nathan is magical in his approach to helping women look their best. I do color & cut. I recently had him tattoo my eyebrows. I love going to their shop & watching them all doing team work. Loved this salon, they treat you like a V.I.P. and are very friendly. I'm normally reserved and shy at first, but they made me feel very comfortable and even included me in the salon conversation between other stylists. I had 20 inch extensions put in and I'm very pleased. Joshua was professional and knowledgeable, loved every minute I was there. Will definitely return!

I was searching for a 5star extension salon near me, in Southlake. I was desperately wanting to achieve the perfect look with extensions to hide my horrible short broken hair. I probably search for 3 weeks before making an appointment and I immediately knew after meeting Nathan & Joseph (the owners) that I was in good hands. My hair looks so good now and so natural!!! Well I've never been to a salon where I walked out paying over $200 more then I was originally told. A highlight (partial) was supposed to be $125. I was charged $85 to blow dry my hair and $60 for a conditioner treatments that costs $25-30 in other high end salons. Besides that they were trying to charge me $1500 for a hair piece and another I believe $500 for a weave piece that makes your hair look fuller. I said no a few times and felt pressured. I was shocked when I got to the register and my partial highlight was $350. I have no problem spending money on my hair but that's ridiculous

Joseph has been a friend of mine since college, and there's no one I trust more with my hair than him! I feel so pampered while I'm in the salon and leave looking like a superstar for months afterwards! He has taken my hair from looking like a trashy blonde to a classy blonde, and I couldn't be happier with my results!
