I came here primarily to ride the mountain bike trails. As a coach for a high school mountain biking team, and having one of our races at this venue, I needed to ride the trails and check them out for my teenage athletes. As far as the property itself it's nice enough the trails have a lot of potential, but there is one minor negative as far as living here goes. If you are the right kind of person this might actually be a positive, but they seem to have an awful lot of festivals and events going on. I don't think I would like to live here because of that. I prefer a much more quiet neighborhood
