Called to try n get info on safety check inspection. The woman who answered the phone was rude, unprofessional n hung up the phone. Tried to call back, but the line had a busy signal. Tried to call third time n the phone still had a busy signal ! Feel she left the phone off the base station. How Rude !!!

I called in to ask if they fixed car alternators and was told yes. I then asked if I could come in after lunch and was also told yes. When I arrived however, the lady at the counter stalled by looking at a schedule notebook before telling me that mechanics are not in on weekends! So unprofessional! Not only was the trip to the shop risky and potentially harmful to vehicle, but it seriously affected the rest of my day. Cannot express enough how inconsiderate and stressful this experience was.
