I am so happy that I found Kauai Auto Repair. They are professional and extremely thorough. I feel like my car went to a top notch diagnostic surgeon. There was an indicator light flashing on my dashboard regarding my tire sensors. In the past I had put more air in a tire and sensor light stopped flashing. This time when I added air it kept flashing. I had 2 other auto repair locations tell me I needed 4 brand new sensors ranging up to $1000. and that I need to replace all 4. After bringing my car to Kauai Auto Repair and having a Digital Inspection, Oil Change Service Package and a Tire Rotation

Kauai auto is such an amazing team! I was in a crunch to get my jeep in and had no other vehicle on island they were able to fit me in within 2 days on a completely booked out schedule. They were super fast in their service but also very thorough. There prices are unbeatable compared to every other auto repair shop on Kauai. They have great communication and break down all the details for you, highly highly recommend. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Everyone knows it's a challenge to find a good mechanic that you can put your trust in. I am especially wary with this as I have been taking advantage of many times in the past. From start to finish these guys were absolutely exceptional.
I brought my Nissan versa in because I thought the whole muffler system needed to be replaced which would be a fairly expensive job. The guys here at Kauai auto repair crawled under it took a look at it and informed me right away that it was in fact a simple patch job that would cost practically nothing and that I could easily keep my old muffler on

They ripped/broke pieces off one of my vehicles when I got it aligned. I thought it was a mistake and let it go and took my other vehicle in. Too bad this time with much worse results. My other vehicle is in much worse condition after they "tried" to work on it than it ever was before taking it into Kauai Auto Repair. Seems like they cut corners to try make money instead of putting quality work into their business and building trust...sad. They also laughed when they told me the outrageous extra amount it would take to fix now. What a waste of expensive equipment when the right

I must tell you about an awesome experience with Angel S. and the guys over at Kauai Auto Repair. Not many shops here on Kauai, HI touch my pride and joy! I installed these GM Camper Tow Mirrors on my 2015 Silverado 2500HD 2 years ago and was told at the time only the features that came on the truck would work Ex. (Power Adjust/Defog) functions as that is what the truck was equipped with when built by the factory. These OEM Mirrors come with a load of extra features and added a small cosmetic boost to the appearance of the truck. I was not wanting to splice into the factory

Angel and his team were truly our saving grace on the Friday afternoon before Christmas. Inconveniently, the truck we were borrowing decided it would not go into gear. We found Angel and his team less than 2 hours before closing. Not only did they get us back on the road, but drove us to a place where we could grab a bite while we waited. After fixing the problem, they also shared before and after pictures of the repair. I would highly recommend Kauai Auto Repair for their friendly, timely, and affordable services.
