Buckner is a third-generation, family-owned business led by President and CEO Terry H. Buckner. Terry's grandfather, Elmer Ray founded the firm in 1936 during the Great Depression. The company was built on putting customer service ahead of profits and the tradition of placing the customer at the heart of every decision continues today.
Joe is passionate about helping high-risk youth change their lives for the better. Joe also enjoys sports and played football when he was young. He considers his greatest accomplishment to be building a strong family with his wife, Cherish. Doug began his insurance career in 1976 as an underwriter for Fireman's Fund in Salt Lake.
