I have used the Terry Strickland agency over 20 years now. I have never had a bad experience with them in all those years. Whether it is setting up, changing polices, adding policies or collecting on a policy!!!
I had an incident in my truck recreantly, and their first concern was "are you hurt?" not how much damage. I have getting, reviewing, and changing my mind on which policy I should choose in the last week or so. While they would recommend a certain type of policy they gladly went along with my choice even when it was different from their recommendations.

We have had all of our insurance needs taken care of by Terry Strickland for over 20 years. If you have to file a claim, it is so nice to know that you have someone looking out for you and will take care of things when you need it. This is a fantastic team! Everyone is extremely competent. Thank you so much for your help! Highly recommend this to absolutely anyone who needs insurance. Renters, Home, Auto, Life, Health, if there's insurance they have it! I recently switched my bank to them as well. It's pretty good, seems strange not having an actual bank to walk into but all of the online tools are great.
