This place is the best in town to shop for jewelry and watches. We were very lucky to have Yvette to help us. She has a good eye and doesn't push you to buy anything you don't love. It was a very easy and wonderful experience shopping with her. And of course the rest of the staff are also friendly to our little puppy Timmy.

We felt very welcome. No high pressure sales tactics and even though the watch we were looking for was not available, they took the time to educate us on the watch and explain the reasons for the shortage in supply and the things we can do to someday aquire our dream watch. Everyone was so kind and our sales associate Yvette was amazing!

Eddie and staff at TBirds is the top of the class. They took their time with us going over options to fix my wedding ring. I had to cut do to swelling. They help me with proper sizing. I picked it up yesterday and WOW I am blown away how beautiful it is and their craftsmanship is second to no one. We will be going back there even if it just to say hi . So happy to have found a real jeweler that is trustworthy and honest.

My wife and I moved to Las Vegas from Los Angeles recently, so I stopped by to develop a relationship and have a look. I met Yvette who promptly showed me some great Tudor watches, one of which my wife later bought as a gift. Yvette is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I had an opportunity to meet the owner and speak with other associates as well. Shops like this are few and far between. This place is worthy of your business. Stop by and meet the people.

I called T-Bird Jewels to have my watch resized. Angela professionally greeted me at the door and was friendly and helpful. I told her that I needed two links removed. A few minutes later, I got my watch back and it fit perfectly. The price was right too ;) I will definitely be back for any of my watch needs. Also, thanks for the drinks. From the time I walked in the first time, to my most recent visit (and there have been several), my wife and I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Nilu and Darryl helped create the perfect ring for my wife to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, and Yvette assisted me in selecting a great watch. We are both proud to wear our new pieces.
The entire team at T-Bird deserves 5 stars and more. We will definitely be back for future purchases!

I am beyond impressed with these guys!
I stopped by with a broken chain, was immediately taken care of. The salesman took the chain to the back & had the jeweler take a look at it. Several minutes later, my chain was fixed! I asked what I owed them & the salesman responded "a smile & have a good day young lady"
Completely made my day.
I was expecting to have to drop it off & come back another day to pick it up. Also, I was expecting to pay for the service.
Even though I haven't bought anything from here, this experience alone tells me everything I need to know

Looking at engagement rings. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. We even had to 'see' 2 different rings and they had their jeweler set the loose stones, so I could try on the 'real deal'. Big decision, but we'll be deciding very soon. I appreciate them being so patient with me.
Unfortunately I had to take a star away because a different salesperson was not very patient and showed his irritation when my daughter was looking for an engagement ring. I bragged about T-bird, but then I was embarrassed.
