Was using this pharmacy for months with no problems. Then I call to pay for my prescription I get monthly & they "no longer are shipping to Ohio''. They gave me no notice of this and no other options.. now I have no where to get my meds because most pharmacies in my state won't fill it. It's been awesome

I have been using Advanced rx pharmacy for the last few months. Everything was great for the first two months. This month I call to find out how much they cost to make payment over the phone. The man that answered my call was very rude from the get go. I told the man I need to call back to make the payment after depositing the necessary amount to the bank. Twenty minutes later I call back to find out the rude man sent my perscriptions back to my Dr. and was advised to call the dr. After doing so I call Advanced rx pharmacy to find out the rude man claims to be the manager and has refused to fill

This is a wonderful pharmacy ❤️. The staff and pharmacy team members do their best to assist all of the patients while providing you with accurate information, the cheapest possible pricing options for uninsured patients who cannot wait until their insurance is reinstated, and the staff is always friendly, kinds, compassionate, and willing to assist you with any questions, as well as counseling you in regards to your concerns in relation to your prescribed medical care; they provide over the counter medical options, you may not be able to find at any other local or mass pharmacy chain.
