Services
Tampa Family Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy located in the Memorial Medical Center building next door to Memorial Hospital in south Tampa. We now have access to rare medications with our membership in the Community Specialty Pharmacy Network (CSPN) and specialty pharmacy license. We have trained experts in billing diverse types of medication and an experienced staff to assist patients obtaining co- pay assistance when possible.
If you are out of refills, we will fax your doctor to request additional fills for your medication. This can take time, as most doctors are unable to respond to these requests the same day. In order to make sure that you do not run out of your prescription while we are obtaining your refill request, it is helpful to contact us a few days earlier than normal to ensure your doctor has time to get back to us.

So I really like this pharmacy, I get prescriptions from my doctors office they send it directly to the pharmacy and they deliver it to me. Who can ask for more , but wait there’s more . I get a discount because of my doctors, so my out of pocket was reduced by $50. On top of that my dumb insurance kept approving and denying my prescription . I called the pharmacy at 10 am to see what happened to the prescription Shuchi answered and told me she would get to the bottom of it and call me back the moment she knows something new. Shuchi called me back at 1:47 , she was on the phone with my insurance

I can't speak highly enough about TFP. Their inclusive medical practice and delivery services have changed my life, and everyone is so helpful. I want to give a special shoutout to Jennifer for assisting me today when I was really nervous about all my medications being sent out at once. She was patient with me, left detailed notes about my wishes, and walked me through exactly what to expect in the coming days. Not only does this pharmacy deliver on time - every time. They go out of their way for their patients.. I needed assistance and it involved paperwork that could have been daunting for me. I sent an email asking for assistance and in 24 hours I had a response telling me it was all taken care of.. This gives me great confidence that they have their patients as their first priority and why I advocate using them as I do.. Thank you Stacey for your help along with the rest of the crew!!!

I have called this pharmacy like 5 times about the same issue. Each time they tell me they are working on my meds and sending it out.three weeks now no meds. On the first call they told me they are waiting on my insurance. The second time a different person said that was not the case it was too early to send out I explained that was not the case a mistake was made with the frequency and I only got half of my prescription. Third, fourth and fifth time medication was being sent out. Still waiting.
