Mr. Young received his B.A. (1995) and J.D. (1998) from Texas Tech University, and is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Texas and the United States District Court, Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas. His practice is devoted solely to the representation of victims in serious injury and wrongful death cases.
She received her B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington and J.D. from Baylor Law School. Jessica has a passion for seeking justice, and has participated in and received awards for her pro bono work with the Texas Innocence Project. While in law school, Jessica clerked for the 71st District Court in Marshall, Texas.
Mr. Kimbrough was born in Austin, Texas and raised in Central Texas in Lockhart. He also has strong family ties to East Texas and Gilmer where he has returned with his wife, Ellen, to raise their two young children, August and Emma, while fighting for the rights of victims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases at Goudarzi and Young.

After the trauma of being ear-ended it was so nice to find that Mr Young would handle all the details that needed to be looked after. I hurt physically from my injuries and the insurance and details of the whole thing were a confusing welter to me. Definitely NOT what I needed to help me recover! Mr. Young took care of all those details while I did therapy, his firm answered my endless questions patiently, and while the accident wasn't pleasant at least the aftermath went smoothly. I can, and have, heartily recommended Goudarzi and Young.
