The potential charges and punishments vary greatly if you or a loved one has been arrested for possessing or selling narcotics in Texas. The charges can range from a Class C ticket all the way up to a first-degree felony. People can face serious narcotics charges with severe punishments upon a conviction for offenses like possession, manufacturing and/or the intent to distribute narcotics.
Very rarely do I require the full fee up-front. Generally, my requirement is that a client will need to pay one-half of the total attorney's fees for representation to begin. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and Paypal. I almost always recommend that you refrain from talking with law enforcement about an alleged crime.
An Occupational Driver's License ("ODL") is a restricted driver's license. Generally, ODLs will allow you to drive to work, school, attend doctors' appointments, go to the grocery store and attend church. Each ODL will have certain restrictions. Some ODLs will require your vehicle to have an ignition interlock device.

I would like to think this amazing attorney for all the hard work he did for me a few months back. Even as a court appointed, he still worked my case as if it was any other. He won’t lie to you or sugar coat things. He is a good man. Thank you Zach and Samantha for all your hard work.
