At the young age of 15, working in his parent's basement, Chris Gunderson registered the business name as he was hired by teachers and others to print custom shirts. He felt it best to sound 'official' and wanted to get a check payable to an entity, so went on to learn about banking and assumed business names.

A lot of sign places were months away from finishing due to having to make COVID signs and these people said they could fulfill my order which they did. The graphic they created was great but the quality of shirts was terrible. I specifically said I need something thick that wasn't going to shrink and the shirts we got were trash.

we began to talk about mask quality and how I

Mixed reviews here. First, the product looks good. Shirts turned out nicely, and the product was well packaged and clearly marked. However, the experience left something to be desired. I was a walk-in, and left my contact card with my sales rep. He didn't call or email me with the quote I had requested, and I had to reach out to him a week later. After this, he was relatively responsive. However, the product arrived 10 days after promised delivery date, without a warning from my sales rep.
It wasn't terrible, but in the future, I'd probably try elsewhere for my t-shirt needs.

Excellent, excellent job! I had Oregon Screen Impressions embroider a company logo on 33 long-sleeved no-iron shirts and they turned out terrific! Their customer service was great and they offer a terrific selection of shirts. I also liked that they had a parking lot since NE Broadway can be tough to park sometimes. We definitely will be using them again.

I have used OSI for printing gear for my ultimate frisbee team three times now, and I have had pretty flawless experiences with them. The staff here took the necessary time to get my admittedly complicated order right, and then handled the actual printing very quickly. They were able to shave a week off the production time due to a deadline we had as well. The service and communication we received throughout the process was excellent, and most importantly, the print job looks GREAT. I will definitely come here for all my printing needs in the future.

We have been working with OSI for several years now...they have proven to be a true partner to our business time and time again. Many times they have helped us out of challenging situations as with most businesses, there are daily challenges. For example, our product that we cut and sew and dye may be late to OSI...however, they understand our customer doesn't want to hear about this...so they figure out how to fit us in and get it done. We came to this printer as a local apparel company looking to build a long term relationship. Their customer service rep was very nice and their pricing was good. Unfortunately they made mistakes on every order we placed with them. Probably 10 over the course of a year and in total over 1,000 pieces. The mistakes that were made were amateur and almost 100% the press department's fault. For example: glue on the back of the shirt collars, wrong ink used, wrong sizing on printed labels, printed our supplied extras for no reason, messed up reprints, every order LATE, not enough passes of ink over

I needed some shirts, fast. Team Yelp was only a week away from walking in the Race for the Cure, and a series of interesting events transpired causing me to seriously lag in ordering these sweet team shirts that I had made for the race.
