Metro Screen was founded in 1971 by Dwight and Billie Ballard in Gastonia, North Carolina. The Ballards ran a very successful screen printing operation until their retirement in 2000. At that time, Brent and Susan Brewer purchased Metro Screen. To stay current with new technology they added digital capabilities in 2008.
After 11 years, Brent made the decision to pursue a new career. Frank and Angela Kemp purchased Metro Screen in 2011 and changed the name to Metro Print to reflect a multi-directional company. In 2013, Metro Print acquired Bel Graphics in Mt Holly, NC, and consolidated both businesses at the Mt Holly location.

Metro Print can accept artwork via email if the total size of your file(s) does not exceed 10 MB. If your project contains images or graphics, and you do not embed them into your art, be sure to send those when submitting your artwork files.
Since 1971, Metro Print, Inc. has been providing contract printing services for signs, banners, and decals. In 2015, we added embroidery and screen printing to our product list. Now we have the capability to screen print up to 12 colors for large or small quantities.
