We sent an order into this company they gave me a quote. I accepted the quote and confirmed the design with them (rainbow design). Within minutes after accepting the order they said they were too busy to fulfill my particular order, with no explanation at all. I reached out to the company that referred ImageWear to me, they called to see if ImageWear could do a rush order for them in the same time-frame as my original job and they were happy to accommodate her needs.

I've been working very closely with Image Wear for over a year now. My review is heavily biased due to my high demands for any print company I have approached, like I have Image Wear. I have been working with various printing companies over the years, have had tens of thousands of my own customers, and understand what it takes to properly make a quality print on apparel, be professional, courteous, on time, and meet the specific demands we require as artists and marketers.

Ordered t-shirts as gifts for one of our customers. Working with Heather and her team was great! Very knowledgeable staff and their team came through to meet our deadline that was needed for a company event. Their print quality was excellent. Definitely will use their services again the next time I need to order shirts.

Five stars!!! This is a custom print shop that has served me well multiple times. Like anything custom there was some communication and planning need but things turned out well. I also work a custom trade and understand this but some people don't and are used to retail which isn't the same process.

We ordered t-shirts for our family reunion more than a month in advance. They told me they would be done by the end of the month. Then they told me the 12th of the next month. Which was fine, until we got the order back two days before the reunion, and the sizing was off. We had a too small of size given to us, in place of a size we needed. (not a miscount- we didn't even order any other shirts in the size that was given to us) They said they couldn't do anything about it and just asked us if we could make the too small of size work. Not impressed with the customer service after paying

Young lady at counter, says yes we can do it and have it to you when you need it. We've worked with them before mostly good, this time they say we need this we need that, after a quote had already been given, then wanted an additional $150-200, Needless to say they won't be doing any more of my work!

These guys are phenomenal! I had a last minute project that almost everyone around town (probably called around 15 other shops) couldn't do. Image Wear not only got the job done but what they produced exceeded my expectations! Their communication is outstanding. They returned phone calls and emails immediately. They helped me figure out a design that would work in the short time frame we had AND they got my shirts to me earlier than expected!! Plus price was on point too. I'll definitely be using them in the future!

I love, love, love this company! I have used them for my preschool needs for several years now. They do a great job and have high quality shirts. They are very thorough with their order process and I get exactly what I wanted. I have also referred my local elementary school and they use them as well. I will be a long time customer.
