I wanted to change shirt companies. The first place I called was NovaInk; thinking I would get a quote then call around and compare, but they were so responsive and detailed that the process seemed too easy for me not to order from them!! I got my first “trial” order in 5 or 7 days and was so pleased that I placed my second order a couple weeks later and again shirts were ready in I think under a week! Super happy! Oh and the shirts are great quality!

Aly and her team are awesome! I've printed multiple times now with NovaInk and every single time, they've done an amazing job. Not only is their work top notch, their prices are very reasonable and they always manage to get projects done even with shorter deadlines. I highly recommend NovaInk and will continue to go back to them for any printing/embroidery projects!

Awesome turnaround time and good communication throughout. We had a rush order and we really appreciated their willingness to help us make it work. Only issue ended up being we had a bulk order and one t-shirt was a size too big. But I failed to confirm the sizzes on pickup and it out okay so not a huge concern. Thanks Alicia!

I have mixed feelings about my experience with NovaInk. They were able to help me with a last-minute order and were very accommodating with me bringing in one of my own shirts because they didn't have the right size for one of my buyers. However, communication was not ideal. I didn't always know what was going on and it was stressful because I wasn't getting replies to emails. Also, the original quote they gave me changed which was unfortunate - they told me originally that it would be $15.75 a shirt, and I didn't want to go over $16 so that was perfect. Would not recommend. Terrible customer service. Did not get my order correct but they kept on insisting that they were in the right and I was wrong. I even had proof of my order through email. Waited a week for my shirts to be made, and in order to fix my order id have to wait another week. Mind you, it was 3 shirts they messed up on. I would not be going back and I don't recommend these guys.
