I placed an order with this company. I was supposed to receive it yesterday, instead I got an email telling me it was canceled. I called customer service, and the lady that I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. I wanted to resolve my issue but instead, she was talking nonsense how they didn’t have a state but a zip code only. I spoke to somebody last week and reviewed my order and they did not mention an issue with the address. I believed I was going to receive my order yesterday but instead I found out my was canceled. I was hesitant to order from your website because magnet on the cheap is a bad

This place has the best customer service. I sent in my order and they kicked it back saying they were concerned about its quality, something to do with the format i sent the design in. Working with both Piper & Jeremy through email and phone calls they helped me make the needed changes . Not only did my car magnets get here super fast at a great price, they also looked amazing.. Big thanks you guys.

My experience was horrible. The magnets looked really old and sun faded the day they arrived. Two places supposedly with the same shade of red looked drastically different. After "reviewing" my issue (for several days) they said that's how they expect the ink to show up on their material and offered me a PARTIAL reimbursement.

Placed order 9 April, website shows 50% off but order went directly to order placed without confirmation, called asked about this, I was told I would receive email confirming refund, never did...FF to 12 April, order still "pending" (They show 24hr ship on their website) asked for refund, I was told it was not approved and I was sent email...I did not, I asked to cancel order for full refund, no cancellation # no confirmation email...BUYER BEWARE
