I purchased a Groupon for a massage with Gold Standard and contacted them to make an appointment no less than four times. I only got a response the first time. After that, no one replied to my messages. I began… to wonder if this was even a legitimate business. When I said I would be leaving a review regarding the lack of response I received over the course of 6 weeks, I was accused of “threatening” and “bullying.” I found this shocking since I was only trying to book a service that I had already paid for that was offered by this business.

HORRIBLE!! Set my appointment weeks in advance and Charmain followed up with me twice over the last couple of days. Then today, a hour before the appointment she canceled my appointment because she said she had something to do then i told her i was very disappointed and that was very unprofessional she blocked me. Extremely distasteful. Wouldn’t suggest her to anyone!

Have been going to Gold Standard Massage Clinic for 5 yrs now. Excellent massage and customer service from the Charmaine. But in March 2017 Charmaine stop being my massage therapist. (no reason)!!!! Won't return my calls ! I showed up for March appointment and waited an hour no one showed up and when I got a hold of them I was told a "friend had passed away " ( I am sorry to hear that but a phone call to me would have been in order). Shortly there after she stopped taking my calls for an appointment and I tried to be understanding.

6-4-2021 This place took my money over a month ago and has not called back any of the 4 voicemails left to make an appointment
Eventually they send a text and offer me an appointment I agree and they take another week to respond only to say they didn't keep my appointment I would have to rebook

I never write reviews.. but this was HORRIBLE. I had my appointment set a week in advanced...the day of appointment I received by facebook message a confirmation of the appointment. My appointment was at 4:30 pm and at 3:30 they messaged me saying "We're looking forward to your appointment". I reached there and to my surprise the closed sign was at the door. I have a picture of the door for proof. A custodian actually opened the door to see if anyone was inside but there was NO one. I then messaged them via facebook and called them but NO answer from them. They WASTED about 2 hours of driving time
