Swedish Massage is a variety of techniques designed to affect the nerves, muscles, glands, and circulation, while promoting health and relaxation. It shortens recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes. The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles.
Deep Tissue Massage is a technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

If you've been paying attention to the 2016 Summer Olympics at all, you may have seen Cupping making the headlines. Olympic athletes, such as swimmer Michael Phelps and gymnast Alex Naddour, have made the news because of the "strange purple dots" on their bodies. However, the strange purple dots aren't so strange after all, but simply an aftereffect of cupping.

Nicole is hands down the best massage therapist ever!! I had a lot of pain after my accident and I came to see Nicole every two weeks for a year!!! She’s the only therapist that could get all of my aches and… pains out (within an hour) I don’t know how she does it but I’ve seen lots and lots all over the country (unfortunately I move around a lot for my job) every therapist I’ve seen after Nicole I would need at least 90mins with them and they still can’t seem to get all of my knots out 😔 sometimes I wish I could live in Michigan again so I can see Nicole

The massage girl, who is supposedly certified hurt me and they would not refund me. I was in pain for an entire weekend before I could see a chiropractor. At the start she seemed to be trying to lift out my scapula and I had to tell her twice to stop. She then let up. Most of the rest of the massage was alright until the end. I had emphasized to her I have a neck injury and not to touch it and she did anyway. They did not have a receptionist when I was there. I called them and the owner took a while to get back to me and denied any wrong doing. I then called the BBB and she lied to them and said
