Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable.
Miss Sheila Clifford, LMT is gifted woman who has chosen to fully immerse herself in her profession. From the second I found myself in her office I knew I was in the right place. Her knowledge of the human body was astounding and comforting. Her strong touch can be dialed in to the necessities of what your body can tolerate.

Sheila is amazing, a real miracle worker! I had had massages before, or so I thought, but they were little more than superficial sessions that gave me some relaxation but had little lasting effect. If you want to experience real and lasting healing and release, then come to see Sheila. I first came to see her last year on the recommendation of a friend after I had injured myself working out. I had hurt my knee and leg. After several sessions of deep tissue and trigger point massage, the knee and leg improved markedly. And even after the knee and leg were healed when there was residual weakness

A wonderful caring individual that has mastered the technique of massage and goes the extra mile by learning more advanced techniques to keep up with the times.
Her talent lies in both her knowledge of physiology and her strong hands. I'm proud to call Sheila a great business owner and a compassionate friend. Thanks Sheila for 6 wonderful years and many more in the future.

Sheila is a truly gifted massage therapist! Her office that is located in a beautiful, tranquil and comfortable historic Bedford building. I have had many massages because of back issues and Sheila is the cream of the crop, she knows her stuff and can explain anything she is doing and why if you are interested. Her knowledge of the body and masseuse skills are top notch and she always works on many spots that I did not even know we're issues or even underlying issues. Most amazing sports massage I have had, and Would highly reccommend.
