Thanks so much for the great Reiki treatment yesterday. You were right, I did go through some adjustment time once I got home. It felt really strange - all I could do was sit and pretty much stare at nothing for most of the evening. Couldn't sleep, but refused to get out of that chair.
The remarkable thing was that I was completely free of pain from a chronic back condition and even got to sleep last night without any pain meds - the first time in months.Wow! The rest of me feels very much more at ease as well. I might have to see you again some time in the future. Reiki energy allows muscles to relax and increases blood flow to treated areas, which in turn quickens the healing process.
