Monica Lopez-Barnard is a licensed attorney in Texas. With over 10 years of legal practice as in-house counsel, Monica offers a variety of legal services through in-person or virtual consultations. In opening her own law office, Monica hopes to offer affordable and convenient legal services to her clients.
Legal fees can often get out of control, our goal is to make our services affordable. Many services (such as simple wills) are offered for a flat fee rate. Some services may require an hourly rate depending on the nature of the issue. We can accept payment plans and may offer reduced fees depending on your situation.

Monica was the first attorney after hiring two that genuinely listened to me. She got the job done quick! She responds in a timely manner and is very reassuring.
