The staff is always very rude at the front desk when signing in. Last time I went in for a filling and my tooth is still sensitive to this day. They didn’t even clean out the pieces of tooth in my mouth or give me water to spit it out. When I finally got in my car I looked inside my mouth and saw pieces of my tooth still in my mouth and I was numb. If I didn’t look inside my mouth I would assume bacteria would start to form because that is so unprofessional. I’ve never had such a terrible dentist in my life. This place is a joke.

My first visit was for an emergency. Everyone there was very pleasant and helpful. The dentist prescribed me an antibiotic and a pain killer. I took the scripts to CVS in Randolph. They filled the antibiotic but not the pain killer because there was not enough information on the script. CVS placed a call to your office and so did I. Neither of us heard back. The next day I called your office twice to have the prescription corrected, i received a call back and was told that the information was going to be given to the doctor and that someone would get back to me. CVS was never able to fill the prescription

Don’t go here. All they care about is what extra they can charge you. They don’t do a good cleaning.
The first time I went here they did the x-rays and then the Dentist sees you to check your teeth. After that you go to get the cleaning. After a few years of getting a cleaning, the woman cleaning them didn’t even take out the hook to pick them. She went around the teeth for about 30 seconds with the sonic cleaner and did nothing. Basically, just quickly and lightly traced the gum line. I said Wow that was quick and she said your teeth were really good. To remind

Please be careful ! You will get a shocker when you see bill ! Doctors do xrays without your permissions and they are not covered by insurance. Their billing deptt does not have an email and they do not pick up phones either. Have decided to stay away from this franchisees as billing issues are repeat in nature !

We had our appointment today but were told that they do not have any records. we showed them text confirming our appointment, they told us it is from automated system so they are not responsible for that. we re-scheduled our appointment and ask to confirm it via email, they told us you will get automated message to confirm it. overall very rude staff and does not know how to maintain appointments. this is the second time they gave us time and did not find the appointment in their system.

The front desk lady is horrible! More than horrible! I was there for an extraction, and they said they will refer me to another oral surgery, first it took them almost a month to call me back ( I called them twice before they finally told me where I can go), and they said they have faxed all papers over to the oral surgery office. And it turned out they didn’t, so I have to call them back to ask them send over the referral. Whoever the lady took my phone call is very unprofessional, she didn’t wait me to finish my request, and

The actual dental service is fine, no complaints. The dentist and dental hygienist were nice enough, very gentle on my mouth. Following all Covid safety measures with masks and face shields.
The problem is the lack of efficiency and concern for people's time. I went in for a routine cleaning & check-up, pretty standard stuff you'd think. My appointment was at 4pm, and like a responsible patient, I arrived 10 minutes early. I wasn't brought back for cleaning until 4:45pm, and that was after I asked what was taking so long. I then sat in the back for another 10-15 minutes before the cleaning began
