Jiffy Maids did a fantastic job! I used Jiffy Maids for a move-out clean of a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. My landlord was very impressed! The service was great from start to finish, very responsive, on time and thorough. I haven't used a cleaning service before, but after such a great experience, I am looking into using them at our new house regularly.

I have tried several clean services and this is by far one of my favorites! Jiffy Maids have excellent customer service, competitive pricing and awesome professionals. They cleaned corners, nooks, crannies and high windows and blinds they I couldn't reach.
I am planning to use their services monthly! Having a professionally cleaned place give me peace of mind and allows me to use my weekends enjoying the city. ( I'm a recent transit from AL) I Jiffy Maids!

I needed some last-minute help with a deep cleaning before the holidays. I emailed Jiffy Maid on Monday, and they had teams available for the next day! I booked a cleaning for two days later (today, the day before Thanksgiving). The team of three arrived ten minutes early and did an absolutely beautiful job! They were friendly, professional, and fast. This was a first time service on a 4 bedroom, 3 level house, and they only took 3.5 hours for a VERY thorough scrubbing. My kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling, my furniture and rugs have never been so clean, and my hardwood floors are gleaming

We hired Jiffy Maids for a move-out clean of our empty house. The clean done on the house was very mediocre. I think the cost of the service - $290 for a house of our size - is exorbitant for the shoddy job they did.
There were dirty paper towels left on the floor after the team left, smudges of dirt on the back door, all of the windowsills were covered in dust, and one of the rooms was not cleaned at all. A positive about this business (why I gave 2 stars instead of 1), is that their customer service responded quickly to my concerns, however, it was inconvenient for me to have to coordinate

I hired Jiffy Maids to clean my boyfriends studio apartment before my stay over the holidays. I will start this review by saying I myself am a very clean person, which is why I wanted a cleaning service to come in to help me prep the place as I was sure he hadn't cleaned anything since I had last been in town. That being said, I cleaned most of the "problem" areas I knew the service wasn't going to take care of before they came in, and I then paid for just a "regular clean".

-The price was extremely affordable for the area

We also just had wood floors put in and needed some help maintaining them. I went to interview a few companies and checked Angie's List. I choose Jiffy Maids because 1) They had mostly good reviews 2) They covered my area, whereas some other companies did not want to come out even though I am not far from Washington DC. I was more concerned with quality over cost, but their prices are quite fair.
