Jim, Missy, Jane and Darla are proud to bring you more than 75 combined years of professional, conscientious service through the Plumer Insurance Agency, Inc., Seville Ohio. I grew up in Rootstown, Ohio and graduated from Rootstown High School and continued my education at Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1993.
