This review is long overdue. I had the wonderful experience of having Michelle Cario as my Hertvik Insurance representative for some time now.
Becides her attitude and professionalism the most amazing thing about dealing with her is how quickly she responds and her knowledge about individual insurance needs.
It's almost as if she treats me like a new customer every time I speak to her.
My belief is she has never once attempted to sell me a product or insurance that I did not need however she found creative ways to meet my insurance needs as well as in some cases reduce my premiums.
Simply put

I have been a customer at Hertvik for almost 10 years. My experience with them has been great from the beginning. Most recently, Andrew and Samantha have handled my business liability policy. These two, as well as my account handlers before them, have been great to deal with. Anytime I need something they help out right away, and their response time to my needs is always surprisingly fast. Give them some business if you are looking for an easy group to deal with.
