I didn't stay in a room but I wanted to leave a review for the dining area. They were amazing and very accommodating to our large group (about 30 of us) and even stayed late to make sure we all could eat. The host Kevin was so nice along with the whole staff. The breakfast was great and there were a lot of selections. We will definitely be returning. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks!

This hotel is probably the cleanest one I've stayed at...ever! And that's saying a lot from an avowed neat freak. It looks like it's recently been renovated, which is great because everything is sparkling clean. Very impressive! It is a beautiful and well-maintained hotel. Staff is great, too. Rooms are very spacious, modern & comfy, but could definitely use additional lighting and a lounge chair or two. The only places to sit were the desk chair and the bed. Nevertheless, I love this place, and will definitely choose it first next time we're in town.

A great professional staff in this lovely hotel which is located in a fantastic location inside the city center, where many restaurants and bars are nearby. Eventhough the hotel has its own restaurant and bar.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. We stayed there for a GT tour and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modern decor. We did have a problem with the shower only running hot water but the situation was immediately addressed and the outcome pleasurable. I have to give major props to Jennifer at the front desk as well as the front desk Mgr.Trishna, (pardon if spelled wrong). Their courteous, genuine concern and follow up to my issue was timely, professional, and best of all sincere. My family will return because of their hospitality and we won't hesitate to recommend this beautiful

Very nice hotel with clean and well decorated common areas. Room was clean and well taken care of with plastic bags on the remote control. All lamps and side tables had multiple plugs and USB charging stations. The elevator required a room key card to access guest floors which made us feel extra safe. Within easy walking distance of the Fox Theater. Will definitely consider this for our next stay.

Upon arrival the desk associate was wonderful. Kenny and Ikeya in the lounge were kind and personable. The women and men in the restaurant were amazingly awesome!
My only area for growth...I said I would pay the $50 for a late checkout so I could rest before my flight home. I received, the first call from the front desk asking if I was checking out. I explained I paid for a late checkout. I received a second call from the front desk same conversation. The third call came from housekeeping asking if I was checking out. I explained the same thing. Then I received a knock on the door from housekeeping

Nice hotel, only minutes from a lot of stuff. Starbucks right across the street. Everything feels super secure.
I hurried over at nearly 1 am after an unpleasant experience at an Airbnb & they had rooms available! Was happy they could accommodate me. Prices were reasonable, but the daily parking charge was a bit steep. But I was only there 2 days so it was fine.

We checked in for a 2 day stay and checkin was without any issues. We needed parking in the attached garage, $18/day, and we were told they had to validate our parking ticket daily. The room & check in & out were all good. The biggest issue we had was with parking in the garage. Every employee told us something different. Scan your ticket, insert your ticket, the camera scans your plate.....nothing worked to get us in and out of the garage without having to speak to the front desk. This became really inconvenient. Great hotel! Located in midtown walking distance to many places. We were able to check-in early and get to our rooms. Staff are very friendly. I love how you have to swipe your key to get to the different levels on the elevators, good security. They have infused water and snacks in the lobby for guests. Amenities are great, pool tables, pool, bar, tv and computers to use. The first day I got a text message asking how my check in process was and if I needed anything which was delightful. Hotel room itself was very big and very clean. I will def. stay and come back.

The good stuff: The hotel staff was friendly and informative along with the parking lot attendant. The room was relatively clean. But my allergies acted up so I know their carpets could use a good cleaning. They had an actual shower mat in the bathroom, most hotels don't have those. The fitness area on the third floor has an indoor pool and free laundry services, just bring your own soap and dryer sheets. I do appreciate how secure the hotel is. To gain access to the guest floors you need your room key. Of course it's close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We stayed here to have close

Stayed here for a weekend before moving permanently to Atlanta to apartment hunt. The location is unbeatable -- located in the heart of Midtown, it's a perfect jumping off point to explore the city, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, MARTA and the park. Only a short Uber ride downtown.
The room was spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable! They've got ample communal spaces in the lobby and the front desk staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful when providing recommendations and things to do around town. We would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting

I came out here for an industry conference and usually when you attend one of these things its pretty boring and the food is pretty bad...but this year was completely different...the conference wasn't totally a yawn and the food was awesome. I couldn't believe this was mass produced food. Everything was fresh and the stuff that was supposed to be cold was cold and the stuff that was supposed to be hot was indeed hot. I stayed here for four nights on a business trip in late September. The check in process was very smooth and the staff very welcoming. They have a fairly large lobby area with lots of seating and small shop next to the front desk with some snacks and necessities.
The room was well appointed and very clean. My room had a queen bed which was quite comfortable as well as a refrigerator. The location is convenient and allows for easy freeway access. The parking garage appears to be safe and secure and I felt that $15.00 per day was very reasonable.

This hotel has to me always been a great place to say for midtown events. It's always clean and the staff is pleasant and they remember us from previous stays (the past 9 years or more). The bar inside has a great staff and Samara who has been there for quite awhile is a great perso for this hotel bar

I absolutely love this hotel! The front desk goes above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. There are plenty of places to sit in the lounge area for guest to relax and mingle with others. If you leave your laptop at home (like I did) and need to use a computer, there are also four Mac Desktops for guest use. The hotel has two dinning areas - a club room with a pool table and bar area, and a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. There is also a conference room on the top floor. We got my mom , aunt and mother in law together for a girls weekend to see a concert at the Phillips Arena. Kashiere- (I'm certain I spelled that wrong .) She was the young lady at the front desk that made sure our trip went smoothly. She assisted with scheduling a shuttle for round trip travel to the Arena. It was fairly cheap compared to the price of parking in the city and the stress of getting there. Jerome , the driver , was courteous and early ! We was great and knew alot about the city

Hotwired a room at the last minute and was satisfied with the fare ($150 was as good as it was getting in downtown ATL). lobby bar open until 9, but interior bar open later. indoor pool. clean room. very convenient location and the parking was included in the hotwire rate.
