Doug and Penny Carey are the owners of The Carey Gardens Wedding Venue and Event Center. We take great pride in our customer service and are here to help you realize your dream wedding. We partner with a host of local vendors who are ready to fill any gaps you may have. Just let us know what's missing on your preparation list and we will do everything we can to ensure the service is available for your special day.
The Carey Gardens is a stunning outdoor wedding and reception venue situated in the country just a few minutes north of Woodinville and just 30 minutes from downtown Seattle with easy access from greater Seattle. The surrounding hills and mountain views provide the perfect backdrop for your dream wedding.
Price: $1800 for the couple and the first 18 guests and $70 for each additional guest thereafter. Our wedding venue services include tables, chairs and linens, fire pits, wedding arch, deck for the ceremony at the water's edge, dance floor, LED bar, gazebo, flower beds, outdoor games and more. Catering services are a wonderful way to add a unique element to your special event.
We are located a few minutes north of Woodinville, WA just west of the Paradise Lake Road exit on highway 522. Our address is 20828 ~ 86th Ave SE, Snohomish, WA 98296. Beyond thankful and appreciative of The Carey Gardens. We planned our wedding initially for 2020, but with Covid they were amazing enough to let us reschedule. We were treated as family and it left us feeling warm and taken care of. They were able to accommodate all our needs and wishes, as well as going above and beyond. With the venue being outdoors our guests were able to walk around the grounds, appreciate the gardens and still maintain social distancing if wanted or needed. Highly recommend!

Doug and Penny truly give you the “family” feeling paired with a low stress all inclusive package and you can’t go wrong! The venue is breath taking, beautiful and they put a lot of love and sweat into it year over year. The Carey’s did our delicious catering which was a huge hit, Penny made our beautiful also delicious cake and Doug was an amazing DJ! They also have a beautifully renovated bar and they coordinated our bartender who was awesome! They gave us fun dance lessons paired with words of wisdom that will last a lifetime! My husband and I were pretty set on going with a different venue so when we had an appointment with this venue we decided, what do we have to lose to go and visit this one. When we did, we literally called to cancel the other venue and booked this one on the spot. What sold us was the amazing venue owners, Doug and Penny Carey! Doug and Penny are honestly the NICEST people we've ever met. From start to finish, they gave us a feeling that they GENUINELY cared so much about our special day. We were worried about booking a venue where we would have some hotel manager that just pumps through clients and not giving proper treatment. Like you're just an easy sale or something. Doug and Penny are the opposite, they really care about you, and it shows.
