In 1903, Ritchie's Watch Repair and Jewelry opened in Monroe. A local watchmaker, Mr. Ritchie was busy servicing and maintaining the watches for railroad employees, and began selling finished jewelry as well. This tradition of supporting the needs of the local community continues to this day at Wyatt's Diamond Jewelers.

First of all, I have to say some of the best service I have had in a while. I was looking for a certain brand of watch and saw that they were a dealer. I was dropping a package off at UPS next door, and even though they were closed on Mondays, I thought I would swing by just to see if I could see if they had the watch I was looking for through the window. While I was at the front door they opened up and and I explained what I was looking for, they brought me in and let me look through their watches. We have been customers for 37 yrs. About 20 yrs ago my wife had a ring designed and a crown installed around the diamond. It finally wore very thin. My wife called Jim and Dean and explained the problem. (We now live in Az so it isn't walk in the door.) We sent the ring to Wyatts to be repaired. WOW, WHAT A JOB. It's as beautiful as the day Jim built the ring. Built a new crown, tightened all the settings and polished everything. We couldn't be more pleased with them.

Dean and Jim worked with my fiancé and I to design a new band for my engagement ring. It turned out beautiful! They are great to work with, full of knowledge and experience! They have display cases full of one-of-kind jewelry they have designed. Perfect place to find that special something! We also have purchased our wedding band here and it is jaw dropping! I recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Last year, the ring I used to propose to my fiance (her grandmother's ring), was cleaned by Wyatt's Jewelers. I knew this was a family heirloom so it needed a special touch so I knew these guys were the ones that would do it best. We are going to come back when it's time to start looking for wedding bands

Called to see if they could size my ring and fix my watch clasp. Dean answered and had all the info I needed, with a smiling voice! So friendly. I popped in and felt like "Family" straight away! Dean and his Dad, James are beautiful humans with literal "hearts of gold"! I got my ring back fitting perfectly and looking better than I left it! They took great care to check all the smaller diamonds to make sure they were secure after sizing. I love the true care that they both show and pride in their work! I brought in another ring to be sized based on the level of knowledge and Customer Service.

I came in for an estimate on getting a ring repaired (new half shank and mounting) on a wedding ring.
Spoiler alert: we did not end up getting my ring repaired here! RUN to LAKE STEVENS JEWELERS instead. Lake Stevens has better service, and better prices : )
I dropped the ring off on Jan 19 - and I hadn't even heard anything from them for 7 full days!! I called on Jan 26 to request my estimate and I and was told that someone would call me back? I received a phone call 30 mins later saying they were very busy and backed up and they didn't have the estimate done yet??? 7 days?

Wyatt's in Monroe is the best. They're family owned, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My favorite watch was purchased here. They have expertly repaired several items of jewelry for me. Recently I took in a silver plated bracelet with a Celtic design that my mother-in-law had purchased for me in Ireland. I loved it and so I wore it all the time. After a couple of years the plating wore away on the back. I asked them if they could custom make the bracelet in solid silver. Today I picked up my custom bracelet. It is absolutely perfect and just what I wanted. Go in and see them

This place is the worst! They are super nice and talkative from the beginning, say all the right things but once you spend your money all bets are off. There was signs from the beginning and I should have noticed them, like their lack of notes, you talk to someone different and they have no idea what is going on, their lack of follow up, say they will call you tomorrow and they never do, it takes a call to them to get a response. My first transaction with them was a wedding band 7 years ago, all was good until we picked up the band and it was sized a full size and a half too big. They excuse

I came in here last week to get my girlfriend a promise ring on our one-year. The owner and his son were extremely helpful and patient in helping us find the perfect ring. As a young customer, I am confident I'll be coming here for years. The owner wouldn't hesitate to throw in a deal and even offered free cleanings of all of my sterling silver in the future. I could write a book about how good this place is. Highly recommend it.

Best Customer Service for Jewelry story ever!
On Black Friday, I bought a smart watch Moto 360 from Best Buy. It's a very expensive watch with pebble steel band. Therefore, in order to adjust any part of this watch, the jeweler needs to be extremely careful so they don't mess up the electronic stuff inside my watch. The only thing I needed to do for my watch is to resize the band my shortened it. Sound simple right??? That's what you think!!
At first, I went to Fred Meyer's Jewelry store to ask them to adjust my band. They said it was going to be easy and gonna charge

This is the best Jeweler I have ever had. Been going to them since they opened they beautiful new store in Monroe, across from the theater. They do all of my designing and repairs. I cannot walk in that store and not buy something. Jim, Kathy, and Dean are the best and treat their loyal customers very well.

My husband bought me a watch for Christmas one year from Wyatt's. Recently I noticed it was not keeping time well so my Husband took it back. They said they would check it out and get back to him. They called him a couple days later and said it was just a low battery and they would replace it for me. I went down to pick it up and the customer service was extraordinary! When I asked how much I owed, I was told, "This is a Wyatt's watch, you do not pay for battery replacement!" Wow!! Thanks Wyatt's!

JIM and DEAN are the best .... and they can hold their own against any jeweler in or outside the monroe area..... the service it top notch ... old time family values and they really listen to their customers ..... i have been going there for years ... i collect watches ... and they have searched hi and low to help me with some restoration projects ...reasonably price for the service given .. and i have purchased a few 3+ watches .. all are great ..... the XEN line I love ..... saving up to buy the brown "regulator" that they have there .... hopefully i will be able
