A terribly negative, stressful experience!
The staff and the agent we talked with were rude, terse, arrogant and dismissive. When we asked if we could interrupt their apparently canned speech in order to correct some of their misconceptions as to what we actually wanted in the way of insurance coverage, we were talked over in a dismissive, dictatorial manner and when we objected, they actually told us to leave.
I have never been treated this way in my life by any business here on the Island--I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy. Their behavior is not only inexcusable by any
