Very helpful. The last time I needed to update my policy my normal agent was busy so Mr. Lamb himself saw me and found exactly the policy i wanted and needed within 15 minutes. He also found the best competitors and compared the policies and prices with me. Overall they are fast, polite and didn't try to up sell me on anything that I did not want.

They make insurance easy. Taylor Lamb helped me get my homeowner's and flood insurance policy set up and explained it to me clearly and thoroughly. Before I even signed up he gave me quotes, advice, and options. Even when I was sure my question was stupid he happily broke it down for me to help me understand. The professionalism and courtesy of the company reminds you why you should use a local business. We're moving from Missouri, have had one of the best agents ever there. Checking out insurance and now our major company won't insure our new house.
