We are always pleased with the service we receive from Amber at Mark Rich State Farm. We recently had to file an insurance claim, and of course its frustrating and a hassle to ever have to file, however Amber helped explain the process and made us feel at ease going through this difficult time. State Farm has been very responsive to our calls and emails, they respond promptly and have provided all the information we needed to navigate through the claim.

Outstanding customer service! Always answered the phone within a few rings. Very friendly and patient with me. Jennifer represented the office in a very positive and efficient manner. She told me what she was going to do for me and completed it within a short period of time. She always called me back when she said she would.I highly recommend Mark Rich’s State Farm office.

As I opened the door, I was met with a warm professional greeting. I felt the service that was rendered was outstanding! I got more insurance for my money. I actually saved a little money and got more insurance then I had. Overall, my experience was terrific!!

I am so glad that Mark Rich is my State Farm Agent. This office is a 10+. Whenever I have a question or need help....they are there for me. And,
many people think that when you have an insurance claim you get the run around. NOT the case with Celia or anyone Mark Rich's office. They respond quickly, always tell the real story and reply as soon as they can if you miss them. I am so glad that Mark Rich is my State Farm Agent. This office is a 10+.
