We are located in Pukalani, on Makawao Avenue in the Pukalani Square next to First Hawaiian Bank. Born and raised in Upcountry Maui, it is an honor for me to serve our community by providing insurance protection and risk management services. I truly enjoy my work as an insurance agent and love being able to be there for our policyholders to assist them through difficult situations.

Started my journey with them through Kawehi back in 2016 when I bought my SUV. Since than my husband and I have added 2 more vehicles and home owner's insurance with them. The office is quick at responding and getting me my paperwork when adding things to my insurance. I also lose my insurance card every now and than and they always mail me another one without me feeling like a babooze. Love them and would definitely recommend them.

This team took the time to explain each detail with me about what different coverages would allow for and where gaps may be. Other people in the office would even stop what they were doing to help explain something when I had complex questions. I was with my insurance company for over 14 years but switched to State Farm when these agents didn't "push" me for any coverages I didn't want after I learned what I wanted/needed. I felt much more supported having a live person sit with me and show me the cost differences if I had a higher or lower deductible or added or removed coverages

This is the worst customer service have ever received! I do not recommend this particular office of State Farm to anyone! Had an accident and got zero help from this agent! The worst! When you pay for auto insurance you expect that the company will look out for your best interest when in an accident! I had amazing customer service when I was with Geico! Never again! I gave them 1 star because I had to post! But this company gets no stars for me!

I spoke with Paula on the phone who is the office manger for Kit and she was AMAZING! I doubt that anyone finds getting insurance enjoyable but this experience was just that. I called and within 20 minutes had insurance for my car and rental with everything in the mail on its way. Paula was very friendly and answered all my questions and I am very happy that I gave Kit's office a call!
