Supreme Choice Health Care is a Developmental Disabilities and Aging Service provider. We provide services to adults and children who are mentally impaired, developmentally delayed, suffer from chronic illness, and or who are at risk for placement in Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF), nursing, or other long term care facilities.
Our services are provided in the home of our clients and are regulated by the State of North Carolina and Managed Care Organizations. It is the mission of Supreme Choice Healthcare to provide healthcare services that are effective in nature, presented with quality and carried out with class, respect, and dignity. Nikisha Michelle Williams serves as the CEO for Supreme Choice Health Care. She is a native of Kinston, NC; graduating from Kinston High School in 2003 and continuing her education at Fayetteville State University where she graduated in December of 2007 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
Germs are everywhere! We want our clients, families, staff, etc all safe and free from infection! If you have an infection please contact our nursing staff so that we may inform our aides of the proper precautions to take! The North Carolina divison of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services and the Divison of Medical Assistance are committed to making service and supports for adults and children with developmental disabilities available in the communities of their choice. Services are medicaid funded services that offers specific community services for individuals who are mentally ill or developmentally delayed.
Supreme Choice Health Care provides 24 hour facilities which provides residential services to individuals in a home environment where the primary purpose is to care, habilitate or rehabilitate adults who have a mental illness, or developmental disability and who requires supervision while in the residence.
