The very best in San Diego! Don and Susan has done it again. This is our 5th sign with them and it came out PERFECT! Exactly how we wanted it. When we approach them with our new sign idea they actually convinced us to do it differently and I'm glad we listened. The installation went smooth and professional. It's like that every time we get a sign with them. I've been with them for over 6 years with 3 different businesses. And I will continue to go through them anytime I need a sign. I had a great experience working with Susan at Eastern Signs. I looked at a lot of the local Kumon centers and the signs made by Eastern Signs were the best. They gave me the best price. Susan says that the material she uses is high quality so the color is beautiful, stands out more and it doesn't fade. I am very satisfied with the work they do and highly recommend Eastern Signs.

Got a quote from the owner for 2 vehicle magnet signs based on a sample I looked at the store: 45$ each.
Emailed my design, which was smaller than the sample I looked. Wife or female employee said $50 over the phone, saying she was going to make it look good. I said OK. Charged me before done (probably my mistake there...).
Picked up my signs a day later as agreed. Colors were not the same on some spots.... Owner said because some of the items were from the internet and it was a bad definition when he made it bigger for printing. Also he said they had to re-write the letters in the design for

I got a price quote from Susan, and it was the best out of all the comps. In the process of designing a mock up for my landlord to approve, they needed to see a little more detail before approval. Susan then sent me an email saying she couldn't do any more until there was a 50% deposit made on the project. I didn't understand. All I needed was a complete mock up and estimate. All it was going to take was a few lines of text and some dimensions added to the mock up in order to get it approved. I suppose she didn't want to do the extra 15 minutes of work for free. Not so sure about previous review but we just completed a large project with Eastern Signs. They were on time and the work was gorgeous. Susan was very helpful with obtain proper permits for our sign and logo.
Pricing was very reasonable, if anything almost 40% less than a local competitor. I'm one happy customer and would definitely use Eastern Signs again for our next project.
