All I can say is WOW Amazing!!!! I went to K&S because they are in my area, a family company, and of the 5 star ratings that they have. I wanted to get some items embroidered for a new company that I am starting. Sarah was the one that helped me and she went above and beyond to make sure that any questions that I had was answered and was completely upfront about minimums and pricing. The work is Fire!!! Through the different non profit organizations I have volunteered for I have had the pleasure of working with K&S Sportswear for almost 20 years now. The reason for this review is to comment on a recent experience I've had. We recieved a defective item which was no fault to K&S Sportswear. Unfortunately it was brought to my attention months after purchase. Even though the product was new. I thought my chances of getting a replacement was non existent, but I called anyway. To my surprise they contacted the company an within weeks I recieved a replacement. You can't get that type
