Only 8 weeks into operations, Tropical Storm Allison hit Houston with 32 inches of rain in 24 hours.
Our shop was flooded with 5 feet of water and we had no insurance. We were faced with two choices: we could give up and close down or we could clean, repair, and get back up. We chose the later, and with the help of fantastic friends, outstanding vendors, awesome employees, and a caring family, we reopened only a few months later.

I've never worked with a printing company that was as friendly and honest as this one. They took the time to meet with me, encouraged hands on meetings so I would be absolutely sure I would get exactly what I needed, and they even beat their estimated completion deadline (although that's not always a guarantee). 1to1 Printers was very knowledgable and helpful when working with me for a student project. I ordered pages of a booklet to be trimmed and scored for folding, but not binded together as that was my responsibility based on the assignment. The pages turned out beautifully and they were able to inform me what needed to be updated so that I could get the perfect print. They have a wide variety of quality, paper selections, and expertise and I would definitely be interested in getting long term pieces, such as my portfolio, printed with them.

We were in dire need of a weatherproof customized label as well as a clear vinyl label and sought out 1 to 1 printing to take on the task. I will admit this task wasn't easy due to the type of material we required and there were several hiccups along the way but through it all 1 to 1 printing came through and were able to produce exactly what was requested. We were very beyond pleased with the final result.

The team at 1 to 1 Printers is unparalleled in service and industry knowledge. They've accommodated us for impossibly quick turns on small emergency jobs, but they're also there to help us on larger more conceptual jobs. Also, we are always quoted very competitive prices and managment has always gone the extra mile to fulfill our very aggresive timelines.
