Services
Just like artificial nails, there is an initial charge for a "full set" of lashes. Then there is maintenance involved. You have to come back for "fill-ins" every 3-4 weeks for an additional charge. The time for fill-ins is very personal. Some people are a little rougher on their lashes than others, some grow faster than others, etc.

Customers beware! I have been coming here for years. I had a haircut yesterday and found out my hairdresser has NOT been vaccinated and was NOT wearing a mask. And YES, I am fully vaccinated and I was wearing a mask. In fact I don't remember any hairdressers wearing a mask that I could see but maybe a customer or two. What's up with this? Are you not concerned for your customers or each other? This is very disrespectful. In fact I think you should require your hairdressers be tested or vaccinated and masked. It's impossible for the customers to know what they are being subjected

Today was my first visit. Most of the staff was nice and professional. I had a wax appointment with Katherine. She was very pleasant and courteous. When I was checking out I handed one of the ladies at the desk my card. She runs my card, tosses it back on the counter in front of me and walks away. The other lady at the desk helped me finish my transaction. Overall I would still recommend this place, especially Katherine.

The hair salon is good. But the massage and foot euphoria is not a good experience. The therapist turned my feet blue and my massage was no good. The service was not good. My friend didn't get to have her hair done because her therapist took an extra hour as she kept leaving during her pedicure. A lot of very unprofessional and inexperienced people work there. The clerk at the front desk doesn't even know how to check you in or out. This was my second time to go to this spa and the first time I went was just okay. This was an amazing salon. I saw Candi and she went above and beyond. She went out of her way to get the color of blonde that I wanted!!! And she was the first person to actually do the blonde that I wanted. She’s amazing. I’d see her for sure if you’re looking for someone. I’ll definitely be going back!!

Since my last review of Jour Salon & Spa, they have made it a point to always let us know if Katherine will be out of town so we can plan appointments accordingly. So please disregard my previous review. You can NOT go wrong with lash extensions with Katherine at Jour Salon! She is very friendly and always takes her time to make sure they are perfect!
Also, all of the updates to the salon are just beautiful. I highly recommend Jour Salon!

I am extremely happy with Jour Salon, they are professional to the utmost, very good atmosphere always accommodating. Nice clean shop. Sharon McAlister does an awesome job for me and has for a long time and I recommend her to everyone. I have been told there spa services are to die for. I would highly recommend Jennifer Wavrusa at Jour Salon and Spa! I recently moved to Rockwall and struggled to find a stylist that could give me the highlights I wanted without my hair looking brassy. Jennifer did an awesome job today and was able to get rid of the brassiness as well as giving me natural looking highlights that made my hair shine! Prior to my appointment, she texted me to see if I just wanted highlights or if I wanted color too. I had an apptointment for a haircut at this salon in mid July. We moved here from Albuquerque NM the month before, and I was only needing a trim. Made sure to style my hair before going in, and making a point to let the girl who did my hair know that I really liked my current cut/style, and just needed a trim. I told her it had been about 5 weeks since my last cut. Before I became a stay at home mom a few years ago, I had been a cosmetologist for 17 years. Best eyelash extensions are here! Katherine did a wonderful job and gave me a full, natural look. It took about two hours, (past experiences took an hour), but I attribute that to how detailed she is at applying the lashes. Totally worth the extra time. I'll use Katherine again and again. Great experience overall!

Jour Salon is the best salon I've been to by far and I wanted to share my experience! I had my hair colored and eyelash extensions done and I've never been more satisfied. I decided for the first time in 38 years to add red highlights to my hair and my stylist, Tara, knew exactly what I wanted and it turned out beautifully!
