I was dismayed to see all the negative reviews, since our contractor wanted us to pick a product from their showroom.
The building is somewhat old, but their showroom is bright and well put together. A gentleman attended to us immediately and took time to explain all the various product.
I didn't feel any pressure committing to one particular product and I didn't feel like he was trying to sell us the more expensive product.
Overall I had a positive experience at Harman Floors and I would recommend checking the place out if you're thinking of redoing your floors.

I had purchased flooring from Harman a number of times in the past and everything went well, but most recently I had a terrible experience. I ordered 650 sq ft of flooring after being told by a sales associate that I could return any I didn't use without a return fee. Two days afterwards I realized I didn't need the flooring and made a request for a refund -- they denied my request for a refund and charged me an $800 re-stocking fee even though I never picked up the flooring from the warehouse.

My wife and I went there to look at engineered hardwood flooring. The building looks like a rusted out old tin can. When my wife asked him the difference between hardwood and engineered hardwood he didn't seem to know. We showed him the color of the kitchen cabinets and asked him for his help in picking out a color for the flooring and he got irritated and handed my wife back the brochure she brought in and waited on other people. Because of the rude service we left and never will be back.
