I fell into the trap of letting a general contractor convince me he was capable of refinishing my floors and after realizing the complete incompetence and abuse he'd done to my entire house (including to my staircase, window seats, and antique mantle) I went where I should have been all along. Luke's crew was amazing!

I sent an online inquire for an estimate and received a call the next day. The representative who called seemed very friendly. She explained that they would do a preliminary estimate via e-mail and only if I agreed to their preliminary estimated would they send someone out to do an actual estimate. When I commented how unusual this was she replied that this is the way many contractors were doing estimates now. I commented that this was the first company I had encountered doing an estimate this way. At this point the representative's friendliness quickly started waning, she became aggressive and

We are very pleased to have chosen Discover Hardwood Flooring to refinish our hardwood floors. The transformation of our floors was amazing and we love the work they did. The floors look brand new and are beautiful. Diane at the office was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions. Also, Scott and his crew did great work, kept us updated on the project every step of the way and addressed any issues/questions we had during the process. I'd defintely recommend them and would use them again.

Discover Hardwood Flooring did an amazing job refinishing our two upstairs bedrooms, hallway, and stair landing. The old finish was peeling and the wood was cupped. Luke was able to schedule an estimate quickly and was professional and knowledgeable. Steve and his team were punctual, professional, and communicated with us every step of the way. We chose to go with a water-based finish, no stain, and are SO happy with the results. We will be calling again when it's time to work on the downstairs. I would highly recommend Discover Hardwood Flooring to anyone looking to get their wood floors refinished

Discover Hardwood refinished my living room floor and I couldn't be happier with the work they did. Luke and his team are pleasant and easy to work with, and they kept my house clean and dust-free throughout the process. The quality of the work is first-rate--I can't believe it's the same old, stained floor. And the price was quite reasonable, also. I have no complaints, and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality floor work.

We just purchased a new house and realized the carpeting was a bit worse than we realized, we reached out to Luke at Discover Hardwood Flooring & Design to help us find the right floor for our home. He was patient and helpful in explaining the differences in types of flooring and types of hardwoods. Once we decided, his team did an absolutely amazing job. Our floors are stunning and we absolutely love them! I would (and have) recommend Discover Hardwood Flooring.
