Though the receptionist was nice, the service I have received thus far has been anything but. I submitted a blue print of the logo that I wanted for shirts and automotive vinyl decal. I was told that I would receive a proof within a week, sadly that was not the case. The proof was simply words. No logo, just words. FUrthermore, I was asked on 5/21/2021 when I need the order complete. I informed her by June 1st in which she explained that it would be more than likely by the 2nd or 3rd. Today on the 4th, I have yet to receive the revised proof for approval, because they had some "rush order shipment

We ordered some business cards through Vista Print and they were cheap and the cut was crooked. Long story short, we were in a time crunch and needed cards for an expo we were attending in 6 days. Grafx Plus designed our cards on Monday and we had them for pick up on Friday. The cards looked amazing and we are so happy with the service we received from Eric and his staff. We will be doing all of our printing through Grafx Plus from now on. Definitely a plus to support a local family owned business!
