I purchased my UVx40r in June I believe. Logojet has been great from the start with ordering and any assistance needed.
Lila Birake has continually stayed in touch with me during this and has made sure I have not had any questions.
I am planning on getting the 90 printer before my 1 year is up to expand my business and to take advantage of the ability to get a great trade in amount.

I want to thank the LogoJet support team for their help with our custom tray. This was the first custom tray we purchased, and we experienced some quality issues printing our parts. I reached out to Lila, who had quoted and assisted in the purchase of the tray. In short, she had us return the tray along with the artwork and some of the parts we were trying to print. They soon determined that the issue was due to the fit and placement of the parts. They marked up the tray for proper positioning, and shipped it back to us at no charge! I greatly appreciate the consistent communication I had with

I typically do not write google reviews but needed to let anyone that is in the field for a UV printer know that LogoJET is the solution.
If I needed anything, they were super quick in helping get any issue I’ve had resolved.
While I have only had the printer about 3 months, I have been able to jump on meetings with the trainers through scheduling or just calling and someone jumping in to help.
I can not say enough great things about LogoJET!

Around 2014 we were having a lot of issues with our DCS UV printer and decided to give the H4 Pro solvent printer a try that Logojet offered. We had great success with the machine and in about 2016 we upgraded that machine with them again to the UV2400.
We have used or have tested 3 other major manufacture machines and the logojet has by far out performed the competition hands down. Less ink waste, less smell, less consumable replacements and the customer support after sale has been the best I have ever seen. I picked up one of their UV printers second hand a few months ago. I haven’t really had the time to mess with it until recently. I’ve been spoiled by the company that built my laser engraver as far as tech support goes. I never thought any other company could even come close to the quality of support I get from them.
Boy was I wrong!!!

We have owned a LogoJET UV-LED printer for almost 6 years. We still love it. More importantly, the leadership and support team of LogoJET is second to none!!
I am not easy to please when it comes to equipment support. Although it is rare for us to need support with our LogoJET printer, they have come through for us every time, and always far exceeds our extremely high expectations.
Just a couple days ago one of my employees accidently punctured a new bag of ink without realizing it. It was just before she left for the day, which meant that it leaked out over night. She had a massive mess the

We had been researching UV printing technologies, but not even having had our company established; no website, no LLC, no clue lol. For me Customer Service is the utmost importance. I found a video on YT which featured the owner demonstrating a printer at a trade show. I found the video informative and desired to find out more. I gave LogoJet a call and went to a VM. At first, I was wondering why is wasn't able to contact your company. I then realized that i had called when Lafayette was experiencing a bad tropical storm
