That means no unreasonable excuses about why you no longer want to build a healthy body to serve your needs while living! 60 minutes of personal training where our trainer, Kevin Parris, is dedicated to helping that one client for 60 minutes.

I like this club! the classes are decent. Not fully sold on the personal training yet. But I like the number of machines and the water massage bed.

I went to the bootcamp class last Saturday for the 1st time and will be attending more often. The class was energetic, and well put together. I felt good the next day as the body recovered from a fantastic WO 😬
