Wonderfully Fit opened in 2007 and has assisted many clients in adapting a healthier lifestyle. Our Personal Trainers are experienced in providing the ultimate service in ways that make a positive impact on your health and fitness. Nutrition, exercises, workout, classes, training, motivation, and encouragement can all be sought under our roof and offered under your roof.

Based in Long Beach, CA, we provide personal training services in a private to semi-private setting, as well as group classes and nutritional counseling. We commence fitness training sessions from the very first step, i.e., setting goals and planning out how to achieve them. Rather than just instructing you, we work in a more collaborative and holistic way.

Wonderfully Fit personal trainers will bring everything you need for a challenging, fun, safe and effective workout. Training is tailored to your needs and abilities. We will use a variety of methods, exercises, and equipment to keep the workout fun and interesting, and to prevent client burn out as well as body adaptation.
Terrine has been working in the fitness industry since 2000. Her experience in the industry enables her to bring her best expertise to every session and class she gives. She incorporates her dynamic array of assets to every client and group, including aerobics, dance, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, functional core training, strength and stability training to each session.
With the increased understanding of our bodies that we have gained from science over the past few decades, the benefits of a healthy lifestyle are becoming more apparent, along with the reasons why we should detoxify the body at least once a year to remove harmful bacteria, and even worms, from our digestive system.
Everyone wants a healthier lifestyle and be able to live a long life. Most folks know they need to eat less and exercise more, but to live a truly healthy lifestyle means so much more. Creating a healthy lifestyle means adopting a healthy nutrition regimen, moving your body as well as reducing stress and maintaining a positive outlook.
If you have begun your work-out session and you are on a steady diet that keeps you full and healthy but reduces the unnecessary fats and junk in your food while providing all you need to maintain your weight and health then you are already on a good start on steady weight management and nutrition.

I have been taking mat pilates for nearly a year and yoga for a couple of months with WFPT and I have seen the benefits in both my body and my mind. Terrine keeps me motivated and challenges me (in a good way). The classes are fun and go by way too fast. No matter what fitness level you are in, you can join in. I had always been intimated by yoga, and she just has made it so easy and comfortable for me to experience it. I highly recommend WFPT to everyone.

Great Pilates and Zumba instructor also. Keeps me motivated to have a regular routine. 3 years and counting...:)
