The younger children (3 to 9 years old) learn important character traits like discipline, focus, impulse control, and better decision making while improving their motor skills in our developmental programs.

Parents tell us there's a need for an after school program where their children will be safe from bullying and in properly supervised, structured environment. Add to that the everyday stresses of getting your child fed and ready for school and then yourself ready for work. Then you have to pick them up from day care, go to martial arts class, and then home for dinner and homework.
Held at our Mechanicsburg school, our Martial Arts & Sports Summer Camps provide an exciting and productive summer of fun in the South-Central Pennsylvania area for children 5 through 12 years old. Basing the camps on our age-specific, age-appropriate youth character development programs, your child's summer will be a fun filled and unique experience.
Two courses specifically designed to prepare students for traditional martial arts training. Imagine how less stressful your life would be if your 3 or 4 year old controlled their behavior, was better able to focus and pay attention and followed the rules at home. What does that mean? Well, we'll teach your child how to properly interact with other children, learn to control their impulses, follow rules and pay attention (focus).
