Website delivery time window did not match delivery time confirmation that I received by text. They said my Rx would be delivered by 5. At quarter til 5, it still had not been delivered so I checked the app and my order had been canceled. I received no communication of the cancellation or explanation from them. Never using this service again.

They have incredibly poor communication with the pharmacy they are getting the prescriptions from. I paid for and set up my delivery with them at 8:40 AM, they didn't tell the pharmacy until AFTER Noon, but demanded they put it in the system for them BEFORE Noon, or they wouldn't come get it to deliver. I called the pharmacy and they said the company does this all the time, and that it won't get delivered until tomorrow. You have to be HOME to accept the delivery. I will not be home tomorrow. How is this in any way making getting your medicine more accessible???

My first delivery was canceled. The pharmacy ended up calling me, not the courier. For the second delivery they made me go through the whole online form and took my payment before telling me they don't deliver on weekends. What is the point of a delivery service that doesn't delivery 30% of the time?
